教學綱要

課程概述Course Description

討論最新的相關文獻，使學生於課程中對於致癌基因與相關的標靶治療及臨床藥物使用有進一步的瞭解並掌握相關領域的發展。

教學目標Course Objectives

致癌基因突變為癌症起始的重要原因之一，而針對致癌基因所設計的標靶藥物在癌症治療領域佔有極重要的地位。此課程開設的目標，在於藉由討論最新的相關文獻，使學生於課程中對於致癌基因與相關的標靶治療有進一步的瞭解並掌握領域的最新發展。 Oncogene is one of major causes of cancer initiation and development. Targeting of oncogene by small molecular drugs, called target therapy, are important modern treatments for cancer patients. The objective of this course is to enable students to have a general understanding of oncogenes and relevant target therapies and capture the most updates in the field through the discussion of relevant literature.
