教學綱要
課程概述Course Description
生物化學的主要內容在於介紹維持生物體的基本化學組成、生質能源、及其代謝反應,使學生能了解與正常生命現象相關的化學反應,並藉以理解當調控失衡或反應失常時可能會因此引發的問題及疾病。
教學目標Course Objectives
1. 介紹構成生物體的基本組成,例如:蛋白質、醣類、核酸、脂質等,並探討其特性及對生命現象的貢獻。 2. 認識生物體內物質產生與分解的過程,並了解基礎代謝化學反應、結構-功能的相關性、酵素調控、能量的產生與轉換。 3. 整合代謝路徑的調控,了解調控異常所導致的疾病。 1. To introduce the composition and characters of biological molecules (proteins, carbohydrates, nucleotides, lipids) and their contributions to live. 2. To understand the synthesis and degradation of biological molecules, the metabolic pathways, structure-function correlations, enzyme kinetics, and energy metabolism. 3. To integrate biochemical processes and understand related diseases.
