本課程為博士班課程，主要針對不同疾病的發生所造成的各類分子致病機轉以及如何利用基因工程和各類基因療法在疾病的分子診斷及治療上進行討論。本課程期使在修完分子醫學課程的學生們，在具備基本的分子醫學知識的基礎上，對於分子醫學重要課題的最新發展，能有更深入的探討並有能力做前瞻性的研究規劃與設計，有助於學生將來應用這些知識及技術於個人的研究工作上。
The course focused on the molecular pathogenesis mechanism in different disease, and gene therapy and genetic engineering on disease's diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. Hope student have completely knowledge on molecular medicine for the advanced research and further study.
