教學綱要

課程概述Course Description

以法律與法規、政策與制度、營運與管理、醫學倫理四面共構的課程內容設計，引導學生認識醫事法律的定義、體系與運作、執行，以及包括全民健康保險在內之政府相關政策、法規、制度，其間印證以中醫院所實際相關之管理、營運與品質問題，並以醫學倫理概念建構醫學術德兼備之概念。

教學目標Course Objectives

以集合式專家演講的方式，構築學生在醫管與法律的基本認識，以符本課程依學系核心能力之設計、為同學未來接軌職場奠基。 Building students' basic understanding of the hospital management and enactment by assembling expert speakers, in order to conform to the design of the core abilities of course, lay the foundation stone for students to integrate into the workplace.
