此課程將提供營養系學生對台灣重要農產品的認識:依區域介紹地方特產的生長、收成、加工、到英文、台語名稱和營養成份的認識。
To introduce Taiwan main crops: From distribution, growth, and harvest to food processing. In addition, the course will provide students the English and Taiwanese names of these agriculture products and their nutrition values.
