本課程安排學生到醫院實習，採分組教學方式，每組學生(1-2人)安排一位病 房護理長臨床指導，藉由臨床實務學習護理行政知能。

1.了解護理長於醫院組織中的職責。 2.了解醫院組織中在職教育之現況 3.了解醫院組織中的排班政策 4.運用相關文獻於臨床行政管理，並增進綜合及創造性思考之能力。 5.能完成委任之護理臨床工作。 6.能展現對病患權益及隱私之尊重。 7.能在護理行政之實習學習過程中體會自我成長。 1. Understand the duties of head nurse in hospital. 2. Understand the training and education programs for staff in hospital. 3. Understand the police of scheduling in hospital. 4. To apply the related literature to nursing administration management and to improve the abilities of integrating and creative thinking. 5. To finish the clinical nursing affairs. 6. To show the respect of the patients’ right and privacy. 7. To appreciate self-growth from the process of nursing administration practicum.

1.臨床成績 70% (病房35%，實習指導老師35%) 2.實習作業 30% (1)護理專案報告(15%)：內容包括:前言、現況分析、問題確立、專案目的、文獻查證、解決方法、參考文獻 (2)單位排班表(5%)：需完成1個月班表，列出單位排班原則，並加以分析 (3)實習心得(10%)：依實習目標書寫，需包括實習最深刻或最滿意的護理經驗
