病房實習目標
1.能利用觀察、溝通、身體評估等技巧收集病患資料,分析並確立病患問題。
2.能依病患之個別性擬定護理目標及護理措施。
3.能運用所學之學理及護理技術,執行病患手術前身心準備與術後照護與重建。
4.能應用中西醫學知識,有系統的計畫及執行,以提供病患整體性護理。
5.能有系統的評價護理成效,以決定病患之後續照護。
6.能依病患需求給予個別性衛生教育,預防合併症並提升病患自我照護能力。
7.能與病患、病患家屬及醫療團隊人員建立良好合作關係。
8.能尊重專業倫理規範及病患人權,在臨床照護中表現出關懷與尊重生命。
9.具有負責、自主之專業態度。
10.能主動學習有關臨床照護新知,並運用於護理實務上。
手術室實習目標
1.能認識手術室的環境及設備。
2.能認識手術室護理人員及醫療團隊其他成員之角色與職責。
3.能運用所學的無菌概念,執行無菌技術。
4.能認識不同的麻醉方式及其對病患造成的影響。
5.能認識手術全期護理之概念。
6.能尊重生命,妥善保護病患之隱私。
7.能主動學習手術室相關之知識。
Objectives for clinical practice
1.Be able to apply the skill of observation, communication, and physical assessment to analyze and determine problems of patients.
2.Be able to set nursing goal and intervention for each individual.
3.Be able to apply knowledge and nursing skills to provide appropriate nursing care for patients in pre-operation, during-operation, and post-operation periods.
4.Be able to apply Chinese and western medical knowledge to make a care plan systematically to provide a integrated nursing care.
5.Be able to evaluate nursing outcome and to make a subsequent plan.
6.Be able to provide individualized health education for patients to prevent complications and to enhance their self-care ability.
7. Be able to build up good relationship with medical team members, patients and their family.
8. Be able to respect nursing code and patient right and present the manner of caring and respect life.
9. Be able to possess the manner of autonomy and being responsibe.
10 Be able to approach new health care knowledge actively and to apply it in clinical practice.
Objectives for operation room practice
1.Be able to recognize the environment and equipment of operation room.
2.Be able to recognize the role and duty of nurses and other team members in the operation room.
3.Be able to apply the concept of sterilization to perform aseptic technique.
4.Be able to recognize various anesthesia methods and the impact which each of them could influence patients.
5.Be able to know the concept of perioperation.
6.Be able to respect each individual and protect the patient’s privacy.
7.Be able to active learning the knowledge about operation room.
先修科目Prerequisites
1.已修畢基礎醫學課程(生理、解剖、藥理學、微生物、病理學)、人類發展學、營養學、基本護理學等課程等課程。婦產科護理學、內外科護理學(一)、身體檢查與評估。
2.曾實習基本護理學、婦產科、內外科護理學(一)。

1.臨床表現 70% (單位35%及指導老師35%共同評分)
2.實習作業佔 30% (個案報告25%、心得5%) 附註:學生個報直接從網路下載交出,或有沿用他人著作,證據確定,給予零分成績。實習作業依指導老師規定時間繳交,若遲交一天扣該項實習作業10分,遲交一週以『零』分記。
