教學綱要
課程概述Course Description
本課程內容包括:課程簡介,結構與鍵結;酸與鹼,烷類:有機化合物的特性,烯類與炔類:有機反應的特性,烯類與炔類的反應,芳香化合物,在四面體中心的立體化學,有機鹵化物:親核性取代反應與消去反應,醇類,酚類,醚類與它們的含硫類似物,醛類與酮類:親核性加成反應,羧酸及其衍生物:親核性醯基取代反應,羰基阿法-取代反應與縮合反應,及胺類。除此之外,也安排4次PBL課程。(This course included: introduction, structure and bonding; acids and bases, alkanes: the nature of organic molecules, alkenes and alkynes: the nature of organic reactions, reactions of alkenes and alkynes, aromatic compounds, stereochemistry at tetrahedral centers, organohalides: nucleophilic substitutions and eliminations, alcohols, phenols, ethers, and their sulfur analogs, aldehydes and ketones: nucleophilic addition reactions, carboxylic acids and derivatives: nucleophilic acyl substitution reactions, carbonyl alpha-substitution reactions and condensation reactions, and amines. In addition, we also arranged for four PBL courses.)
教學目標Course Objectives
有機化學為生命科學的基礎,與日常生活息息相關。而人體本身就是個有機體,體內之新陳代謝就是有機化學反應。瞭解各類有機化合物之性質及反應,可以幫助往後相關課程 (如生物化學、生理學、藥理學、分子生物學、生物科技、法醫學、毒理學等) 之基礎與連貫學習。 Organic chemistry is the foundation of Life sciences and closely related to our daily life. Human body is an organism in essence, internal metabolism is the organic chemical reaction. Understand the nature and reactions of all kinds of organic compounds, can help correlated curriculum (such as Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology, Molecular biology, Biotechnology, Forensic medicine, Toxicology, etc.) later on the foundation and study consistently.
