教學綱要
課程概述Course Description
本課程將從獨立思考及同情理解的角度,以角色扮演、情境演練的方式,帶領同學理解與體認「醫療糾紛」議題,以同理心與正面的態度,面對醫療實踐中的爭議。 不同於某些醫療糾紛課程的安排,本課程將不以教導同學使用含混的字眼、避險的手段面對職場不能承受的負面性的風險,而是積極的從知識層面、倫理層面、邏輯層面,以及法律層面引導同學在醫學生的養成階段認識並反省這個論題,並從而形成自己的獨立與正面性的判斷。
教學目標Course Objectives
1.能認識何謂醫療糾紛 2.能理解醫療糾紛的倫理人性層面的問題 3.能分析醫療糾紛的邏輯特徵與框架 4.能體會醫療糾紛雙方的實際感受 5.能綜合醫療糾紛的倫理與法律層面的問題 6.能以同理心以及獨立思考的方式理解醫療糾紛個案與處理策略 This course aimes to help students.. 1. to know what is medical malpractice. 2. to understand the ethical-social perspects of medical malpractice. 3. to analysis the logical characters and frameworks of medical malpractice. 4. can realize the real feelings of the agents involved. 5. can synthesis the ethical and legal perspectives of medical malpractice. 6. can process the individual case and decision-making policies with sympathy and independence.
