課程概述Course Description
1. 基礎轉錄蛋白、轉錄輔因子、與轉錄因子的作用機制 (The mechanism of transcriptional factors) 2. 基因啟動子、增強子、與絕緣子的作用 (Gene promoter, enhancer, and insulators) 3. 染色質絲與表觀調控 (Chromatin and epigenetic regulation) 4. 癌症與病毒基因的轉錄調控 (Cancer and viral gene transcriptional regulation) 備註: 於本所客座教授來台短期交流期間授課,選課前請與本所辦公室聯繫。 全英語授課(Full English course)
教學目標Course Objectives
真核細胞的基因轉錄作用(包含各種轉錄蛋白的分子作用機制、表觀基因體的調控、癌症與病毒基因的轉錄機制) Mammalian cells gene transcription (transcriptional factors, epigenetic regulation, Cancer and viral gene transcriptional regulation)
