當此課程結束時，學生能夠：

2. 長照需求者常見之健康問題與各種服務方案的現況、功能和目標。(核心目標1、3、4)
3. 長期照護情境的跨專業整合原則。(核心目標3、5、6、7)
4. 應用實證照護文獻及批判性思考，討論長期照護個案需求及照護之提供(核心目標2、3、4、6、7)
5. 瞭解長期照護個案需求之實證照護現況(核心目標2、3、4、6、7)
At the end of this course, the students will be able to:
