刑法分則，規範個別犯罪類型的不同犯罪構成要件，與刑法總則規範每個罪名均需要具備的通則性要件不同。
某一個犯罪事實，是否成立某一個特定的罪名，沒有透過刑法分則就逐一條文加以解釋與涵攝，難以正確評價行為，與論罪科刑。
期盼透過刑法分則的課程，讓修課的參與者對於刑法個別罪名有初步的認識。
The separate criminal law provisions regulate the different crime constituent elements of individual crime types, which are different from the general criminal law provisions that regulate the general elements that must be met for each crime.
Whether a certain criminal fact constitutes a specific charge cannot be explained and covered article by article without the provisions of the criminal law, making it difficult to correctly evaluate the behavior and determine the crime and sentence.
It is hoped that through the course on the specific principles of criminal law, course participants will have a preliminary understanding of individual crimes in criminal law.
