教學綱要

課程概述Course Description

調查並研究食品與藥物中所含或添加的物質可能對人體的健康影響，為食品藥物毒理學的發展重點。食品藥物毒理學(food and drug toxicology)的內涵，除了評估食品與藥物所含或所添加的物質對攝取者的危害特性外，也探討攝取劑量其可能產生反應的關聯性。

教學目標Course Objectives

毒理學的研究目的如下： 1.研究毒性物質的潛在不良反應 2.定義毒性物質暴露與產生反應之間的關聯 3.評估劑量效應的量化關係，包括不會產生不良反應的劑量閾值 4.將實際動物實驗數據外推至人體的健康風險評估 To investigate the potential adverse effects, dose-response relationship, health effects, threshold, and health risk assessment of human exposed to the toxic from foods and drugs.
