為提供學生興奮性毒性的完整了解，並使其從興奮性毒性的角度了解各種腦疾病以及感知神經疾病。本課程探討興奮性毒性的歷史背景與基礎研究，並加以討論藥物開發的過程與目前臨床試驗的結果。因此學生不但獲得興奮性毒性的知識，也對轉譯醫學的過程有進一步的了解。
To provide students with an in-depth understanding of excitotoxicity, and insights into central and peripheral neural diseases from the perspective of excitotoxicity. The course intends to teach the history and basic research related to excitotoxicity, with an emphasis placed on drug development. Therefore, in addition to a fundamental understanding of excitotoxicity, students will receive a general overview of translational medicine.
