This class will provide students with an in-depth understanding of current microscopy techniques focused specifically on solving biomedical problems.

授課主題包含螢光顯微鏡與光譜儀原理,單分子偵測,單分子追蹤,超解析顯微鏡,多光子顯微鏡等。透過學期末學生英文口頭報告深化學生對於課程教授之螢光顯微技術於最新進展與應用,並訓練學生英文口頭報告、回答問題、提問之能力。
The topics include fundamentals of fluorescence microscopy and spectroscopy, single-molecule detection, advanced microscopy (multi-photon microscopy, super-resolution imaging, and molecular tracking).
