課程概述Course Description
In the first introductive part of the course I will explain the basic concepts of organic chemistry and biology. In the second part of the course, the drug structures and their mechanism of action constitute the topic of study.
教學目標Course Objectives
我希望此課程可以有助於學生理解藥物的結構以及其與生物組織的相互作用。完成此課程的學生將可提升他對藥物作用的理解和尋找疾病治療新策略方面的創造力。 I expect that the course help the student for understanding the drug structures and their interactions with biological tissues. The student that successfully follow this course will improve his understanding of drug action and his creativity on finding new strategies for diseases treatments.
先修科目Prerequisites
不需要任何先修科目. 在課程中,我將講解化學和生物的基本概念,這些概念將有助於理解藥物設計的化學結構,性質與生物學作用. 這課程只需要好奇心和動力.雖說基本化學知識是有用於理解此課程,但是並不是必須的. There are no prerequisites. During the course, I will explain the basilar concepts of chemistry and biology useful for understanding the chemical structures, the properties, and the biological role for understanding the drug design. It is only required curiosity and motivation. The knowledge of basilar chemistry is helpful but not necessary.

I will assign periodic homework (group and single) that I will use for the evaluation. I will also annotate student participation during the lectures, which means that I will appreciate questions and suggestions.
