教學綱要

課程概述Course Description

本課程為教育部「大專校院AI法律通識教育推動計畫」支援之校園巡迴通識課程，以「AI倫理」為核心，結合法律治理與跨域應用。課程分成5大單元： 1.單元一：課程導論 2.單元二：AI 倫理與法律議題 3.單元三：AI與永續 4.單元四：AI驅動的智慧金融新趨勢 5.單元五：AI驅動的智慧醫療新趨勢課程邀請各領域教師及專家授課，聚焦AI在個領域的應用；並藉由學生分組，討論、規劃及製作專題，學習提出解決方案。學期末評選出1組專題，參與各大專院校課群之成果發表會。

教學目標Course Objectives

1.本課程聚焦於「AI、跨域、倫理、法律」四大主軸，帶領學生從公平、偏見、透明、隱私、資安等關鍵議題出發，連結共同的法律治理邏輯（如風險思維、責任分工、監督機制）。 2.本課程跨域延伸至當代重要的民生與產業領域（智慧醫療、智慧金融、智慧交通），培養學生在AI時代具備負責任使用AI、辨識風險與跨域整合之倫理法律素養。 3.藉由討論、規劃及製作專題，讓同學能實際應用課程所學，從實作中學習，瞭解AI在實際應用上可能面臨的倫理、法治、法律問題，以學習提出解決方案。 1. This course focuses on four main themes: AI, interdisciplinary collaboration, ethics, and law. It guides students through key issues such as fairness, bias, transparency, privacy, and cybersecurity, connecting them to common legal governance logics (e.g., risk awareness, division of responsibilities, and oversight mechanisms). 2. This course extends its interdisciplinary focus to important contemporary public and industrial sectors (smart healthcare, smart finance, smart transportation), cultivating students' ethical and legal literacy in the responsible use of AI, risk identification, and interdisciplinary integration in the AI era. 3. Through discussions, planning, and project creation, students can apply what they have learned in the course, learning through hands-on experience. They will understand the ethical, legal, and rule-of-law issues that AI may face in practical applications and learn to propose solutions.
