使學生對中藥藥材之來源、採收、加工、品質管制、真偽品鑑定及行銷有基本知識，配合英文教學，使學生熟習以英文進行討論。
Enabling students to understand the harvest, preparation, processing, authentication and efficacy of Chinese crude drugs. In coordination with English teaching, the students are encouraged to become accustomed to conducting discussions in English.
