學習組織工程技術:探討生物材料的選擇、去細胞化支架的應用、幹細胞培養與分化誘導技術。
探索臨床應用與挑戰:分析幹細胞與組織工程在醫療領域的實際應用,如軟骨與硬骨再生、心血管修復、神經再生。
培養跨領域研究能力:透過實驗與專題報告,訓練學生在生物醫學、工程與臨床應用間的整合思考能力。
Understand the fundamental concepts of stem cells: Introduce the biological characteristics of embryonic stem cells (ESCs), induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs).
Learn tissue engineering techniques: Explore the selection of biomaterials, applications of decellularized scaffolds, and techniques for stem cell culture and differentiation.
