1.培養六大稱職能力-人際關係與溝通能力。 2.母語的使用令人有親切感、歸屬感,可以縮短彼此交談之間的距離,使得意思的表達更適切。 3.目前台灣社會的老年人,不會講國語的還是大有人在,如何使醫學生在未來能使用母語與老人家溝通順暢,對於醫病關係是很重要的。 4.希望藉由本課程的安排,教導醫學生能使用台語,並安排一次客家話讓同學有初步認識,以利於將來臨床上的醫病溝通,減少不必要的誤會,進而提昇醫療品質。 5. 認識台語音標(台羅拼音)的聲符(子音)、韻符(母音)及聲調,奠定台語拼音的基礎,以便於學習醫學台語的常用詞彙與會話。 6.服務學習的精神實行於社區老人的陪伴與溝通
1.To develop six competences--interpersonal relationship and communication skill 2.Taking advantage of native language not only makes people feel friendly but also reduces the gap between each other and expresses the message appropriately. 3.The most of the elders of Taiwan society are not able to speak mandarin. How to smoothly communicate with elders by native language in order to enhance the relationship between physicians and patients is important for medical students. 4.In order to reduce unnecessary misunderstanding, to improve the quality of medical care, and to make effective communication on clinical exercise, the course of Taiwanese language instruction and first experience of hakka language will be arranged. 5.In order to learn medical academic terms in Taiwanese vocabulary and dialogue and to pronounce accurately, the students have to recognize the consonant and vowel sound.
