教導學生獲得以全人為中心，有關診察疾病之一般醫療工作的基本知識及技巧；培養學生獲得基本臨床診察技巧，包括醫療面談、身體檢查、醫療技術、檢驗室檢查，並有綜合判讀各項檢查結果及書寫病歷之能力，作為其他系統整合課程之基礎。經由有系統的學習內科系基本知識，具備一般醫學的診斷及治療能力。培養醫師獨立思考和學習能力，銜接五年級進入醫院臨床各科見習的專業橋樑，並為日後行醫奠定基礎。
Teach students to obtain a general medical checkup disease to full human-centered basic knowledge and skills; students basic clinical examination skills, including medical interviews, physical examinations, medical technology, laboratory examination, and a combined interpretation of the inspectionresults and writing of the ability of the medical records, as the basis of other systems integration courses. Via a basic knowledge of systematic learning within the department, with general medical diagnosis and treatment. Cultivate the physician independent thinking and learning ability, convergence fifth grade to enter the hospital clinical subjects trainee professional bridge and lay the foundation for the future practice of medicine.
