Introduction of dermatological pharmacology, topical drugs, the mechanisms and side effects of NSAIDs, steroids, anti-acne agents, antibiotics and antihistamine agent.
教學目標Course Objectives
諸多藥物應用於治療皮膚方面疾病，而其作用之原理、機轉及副作用應深入瞭解，且皮膚為身體最大器官，亦可作為藥物或藥用化妝品吸收之路徑，而如何突破皮膚屏障於標靶器官達一定濃度，實為一重要就課題。本課程前半部將介紹藥物經由皮膚吸收之原理、方式及評估之方法與原理。後半部將介紹常使用於皮膚表面之藥物及其作用機轉與副作用等，如非固醇類抗發炎藥、固醇類藥物、治療痤瘡及掉髮等類藥物。期望學生能明瞭此些藥物及其作用機轉，更期盼能將此些藥物安全而有效應用於美容保養領域。
Lots of medicine applied in treating skin disorder involving acne, inflammatory, and allergy. The principle, mechanism and side effects of these drugs should be understood. Skin is the biggest organ of the body and would be a good route for drug absorption. The first half of the curriculum will introduce the principles, methods and measurements of percutaneous absorption. The second half will introduce the mechanisms and side effects of the topical drugs including NSAIDs, steroids, anti-acne agents, antibiotics and alopecia agents. Students may understand the mechanisms of the drug and apply in cosmaceuticals efficiently and safely.
