介紹中醫及中藥理論於化妝品之應用、中藥化妝品開發之理念及設計基本概念，並與實際操作配合，將理論與實作結合。並以文獻中運用於美容保養之中藥及天然物為例，瞭解中藥於化妝品界及保健方面實際之應用。
