營養與美容學是一門包含多種領域的學問。包含維生素、礦物質及能量代謝等營養與美容課題之外；尚有醣類、脂肪、與蛋白質等基礎營養學，但偏重消化、吸收及代謝功能。本課程著主要為提供大專院校營養與美容科系教學之需要
