評鑑觀念的建立與各國醫院評鑑制度簡介國內醫院評鑑及相關醫療認證簡介醫學教育訓練及國內教學醫院評鑑簡介醫療品質管理活動在評鑑的角色與功能病人權利、義務在評鑑的重要性病人安全促進在評鑑的重要性外包管理在評鑑的角色與功能醫院危機處理與緊急應變機制感染控制在評鑑的角色與功能(含醫院感染控制查核作業簡介藥事作業管理在評鑑的角色與功能參與國家醫療生技品質獎(SNQ)之經驗分享實驗室認證(ISO 15189及美國CAP認證) 經驗分享母嬰親善醫療院所認證簡介 JCI(Joint Commission International)國際醫療評鑑經驗分享

教學目標Course Objectives

介紹醫院評鑑與醫療認證制度，以及介紹醫院內各項評鑑管理制度、實務作業等。 (1)、協助Learner建立正確之醫療評鑑及醫療認證之觀念。 (2)、幫助Learner了解醫院評鑑的理論、制度及實務作業。 (3)、促使Learner能結合理論與實務，提升醫療品質及醫院評鑑管理技巧。 Introducing hospital accreditation and health services certification systems, and the hospital management in hospital accreditation (1) Help learners understand the correct concepts of hospital accreditation and health services certification. (2) Help learners understand the theories, systems, and practical operation of hospital accreditation. (3) Promote learners’ management skills in improving healthcare quality and hospital accreditation by unifying theory and practice.
