Nursing Profession & Management is designed to teach Health Services Administration undergraduate students about the management process and leadership and to supply the practicing nurse with useful information about nursing administration. The course will focus organizational concepts and structures; development of personnel, staffing and scheduling; evaluation and discipline of personnel; and continuous quality improvement; communication and conflict management; and cost containment , and marketing.
