Experimental Molecular Biology concentrates on the recombinant DNA technology. In this course, students will practice the basic skills that are important concepts and techniques used in modern molecular biology labs, such as plasmid preparation, restriction enzyme digestion, ligation, transformation, and electrophoresis of nucleic acids.
