本課程主旨是了解體內生化成份改變與疾病之關係及其測定方法、內容包括碳水化合物，蛋白質，非蛋白含氮物、脂肪，酵素，電解質，及各功能性質檢查如肝功能試驗、腎功試驗、內分泌功能、腫瘤監控標記毒物檢測、治療藥物監測，並介紹各項結果的判讀與臨床應用。
This course aims to explore the link between biochemical changes in the body and diseases, as well as the measurement methods for these components. Topics include carbohydrates, proteins, non-protein nitrogenous substances, fats, enzymes, electrolytes, and related tests such as liver and kidney function tests, endocrine assessments, tumor marker monitoring, toxicant detection, and therapeutic drug monitoring. The course will also cover how to interpret and apply test results clinically.
