本課程旨在介紹穴位按壓理論，講解常見穴位的取穴、功效及按壓方法，並透過實作練習，讓學生能夠認識並正確執行穴位按壓，且能應用於日常生活中。
This course aims to introduce the theory of acupressure, explain the location, functions, and techniques of common acupoints, and provide hands-on practice. Through practical exercises, students will learn to accurately perform acupressure and apply it in daily life.
