教學綱要

課程概述Course Description

病媒(vector)是指具有傳播疾病能力的媒介，對病原體具有感受性，如老鼠、蚊子、蒼蠅、蟑螂、蜱、蝨、跳蚤等，能將致病菌在人類之間傳播，或藉由病媒將致病菌由動物傳播到人類身上，因此病媒傳染病的控制對環境衛生也是一種挑戰，更是公共衛生不可忽略的一項重大工作。本課程介紹與人類傳染病有相關的病媒，透過介紹常見幾種的病媒，包括嚙齒類動物及節肢動物門的昆蟲綱及蜘蛛綱的逐一介紹，並介紹其傳播人類疾病、流行病學與防治之道，希望公衛相關系所同學能在未來升學或職場得到幫助。

教學目標Course Objectives

藉由此課程，讓公衛相關科系同學，對基本病媒防治知識有初步性了解，以便對往後深造、就業能有所幫助。 Lets the public health related branch schoolmate has the preliminary understanding to the basic vector control knowledge and pursue advanced studies.
