本課程完成後，學生將能：
(1) 描述流行病學研究設計與優缺點；
(2) 熟悉流行病學研究計量之計算與解釋；
(3) 識別流行病學研究偏差來源；
(4) 應用流行病學原則進行因果評估；
(5) 了解流行病學方法於醫藥衛生領域研究之應用。
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
(1) Describe the epidemiologic study designs and the strengths and limitations of each study design.
(2) Calculate and interpret the measures of disease frequency and association.
(3) Identify bias in epidemiologic studies.
(4) Understand and apply approach to derive causal inference using epidemiological criteria.
(5) Understand and describe the application of epidemiology in the practice and research in clinical and healthcare sciences.
