課程概述 (Course Description):1. 有機鹵化物,2. 醇、酚、硫醇、醚與硫化物,3. 酫類及酮類:親核性加成反應,4. 羧酸類及腈類,5. 羧酸類衍生物:親核性醯基取代反應,6. 羰基阿法-取代反應,羰基縮合反應,7. 胺類及雜環化合物。(1.Organolides; 2. Alcohol, phenol, and Thiols; Ethers and sulfides; 3. Aldehydes and ketones; 4. carboxylic acids and nitriles; 5. Carboxylic acid derivatives; 6. Carbonyl Alpha substitution and condensation reactions; amines and heterocycles)
教學目標Course Objectives
在本課程中,我們著重於有機化合物的反應性、反應機構與逆合成分析的探討。本課程學習目標旨在幫助學生學會如何解決生活中實際發生的有機化學問題。 We will emphasize the reactivity of organic compounds, mechanisms, and retrosynthetic analysis in this course. The goal of the course is to help students learn how to solve practical problems in organic chemistry in our life.
