本課程涵蓋古典力學、功能定理、波動、熱學、流體力學、電磁學、光學、近代物理等範疇,著重物理原理之理解和其應用,並學習以基礎微積分和向量來解決物理相關問題。(This course lectures on classical mechanics, work-energy principles, waves, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, electromagnetics, optics, modern physics, and so on. The learning focuses mainly on understanding of physical principles as well as their applications. Vector and calculus approaches to physical problems are employed.)
教學目標Course Objectives
物理學是自然科學之本,而自然科學最重要的目的是培養恰當的科學觀念和精神,以期能應用於日常生活和工作場域。因此,本課程透過物理的學習來了解事物背後的物理原理及其應用,並建立健全的宇宙觀。
The Physics is the origin of nature sciences. The most important purpose of education in natural sciences is to cultivate human with proper concept and spirit of science, thereby benefits people in their daily lives and workings. In view of this, this course lectures on the principles of physics in the real world as well as their applications, offering students a full view of the physical world.
