本課程以教授學生運用生物資料庫等相關之海量資料時,了解易操作之商業圖形介面套裝軟體,並清楚如何運用易於
取得之軟體提升臨床與基因體研究能力,在從事相關之研究,包括假設前提之研究與探索性研究架構下的分析流
程。學生可由實作課程中挖掘個人興趣並選擇未來的研究主題。在生物醫學研究上,也希望能提供生物醫學領域的同
實作諮詢,協助實驗室數據的分析與解讀,並能在課程結束後,完成探索性研究報告,作為論文發想的初步成果。
The present course will be presented to the students for using biobank and curated databases as big
data analyses workshop through the package of software of big data management and analyses, especially
in clinical medical and genomics data. By the way, this course will provide the hypothesis and
non-hypothesis (exploration) study design to be driven of the diagram of study flow. The student can
be generated the interestingly study hypothesis and focused on impressive topic. The advance advantage
of this course will be companion to analysis consults on biomedical study and improve to
interpretation of laboratory examination results in clinic, even to do the comprehensive thinking and
skills of exploration study in the end of course.
